For safety and liability reasons we primarily work on properties of 10 acres or larger.
This ensures adequate space, proper backstops, and compliance with local firearm ordinances.
Smaller lots (5–9 acres) may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the layout allows safe shooting lanes with no risk to neighboring structures.
We cannot operate on small residential lots where a safe shot is not possible.

•Wildlife Management Scope: Overwatch Predator Control™ specializes strictly in non-chemical agricultural nuisance wildlife management (Wild Hogs and Coyotes). We do not handle domestic animal control, indoor structural pests, or state/federally protected species.
•Outcome Acknowledgment: While our tactical pressure is designed to aggressively reduce predator numbers and establish permanent deterrence zones, wildlife behavior is inherently unpredictable; subscription fees cover active property management, scouting, and deployment rather than a guarantee of total eradication.
